Objective:

Better predict where floods in Jefferson County will occur based on historic activity for input into the Jefferson County salmonid refugia model.

Result:

Devised a custom algorithm to create maps of floodprone zone delineations based primarily on digital elevation model data and, secondarily, on personal knowledge from in-field experts.
